After approval:

•	You will be authorized to sell consultancy services related to the HelpServer product.
•	You will obtain all information you need.
•	You will obtain up-front information about the product so you can react quickly and efficiently on questions and suggestions from your customers.
•	You will obtain full, direct online support from the HelpServer support team.
•	You will be able to send 'Functional request forms' to describe product improvements you want become part of HelpServer.
•	You will have access to the list of accepted requests, their current priority, estimated availability dates, and similar information as well as the list of the rejected requests.
