You will have full and direct online support from the HelpServer support team.

You will be able to send 'Functional request forms' to describe product improvements
you want become part of HelpServer.

• |
You will have access to the list of accepted requests, their current
priority, estimated availability dates, and similar information
as well as of the list of rejected requests.
