After approval:

•	You will be authorized to sell HelpServer products and will be able to rely on a network of HelpServer Partners and Certified Consultants for product training and consultancy.
•	You will obtain all information you need to sell HelpServer.
•	You will obtain up-front information about the product so you can react quickly and efficiently to questions and suggestions from your prospects and customers.
•	You will obtain full, direct online support from the HelpServer support team.
•	You will be able to submit 'Functional request forms' describing the product improvements you want become part of HelpServer.
•	You will have access to the list of accepted requests, their current priority, estimated availability dates, and similar information as well as of the list of rejected requests.
